However, the “Delivery Details” section in the Auction pages will show the very last address that you entered in the Auction system. Or, you can click “Hot Items” and automatically bid on this item. Remember, as you bid on an item, the points are deducted from your Auction Points balance. What is “My Watchlist”? If you have seen an item you would like to bid on, but aren’t ready to bid just yet, you can add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist will then keep a running tab of all Auction activity around this item - like the latest amount bid on the item and when the Auction for that item will be closing. If at any stage you want to bid on the item, you can do so from within your watchlist. How do I add items to my watchlist? Simply select the item you would like to bid on, and click the ‘Add this item to your watchlist’ button How do I know what the status of my bid is? If you click on “My History” you’ll be able to access the full information on what bids you’ve taken part in, whether you have been successful or not, your Auction Points balance and how these points were earned. How do I know if I have won a bid? We will send you an e-mail to let you know you’ve won. You will need to update your delivery details for this item within the Auction interface. Once it’s on its way to you, we’ll send you another e-mail to confirm the shipping details. What happens if I don't win the bid? Your Auction Points are automatically credited back to your Auction account, so you have the chance to bid on another great item! You can view the details of all the bids you take part in, and their status, in the “My History” section of Auctions. What happens if I don’t fill in my delivery details? You have one month’s grace period, during which time we’ll do our utmost to contact you. After one month, you will forfeit the item you have bid on, and your account will be credited with the Auction Points used for this item. So be sure to check Auction often! If I place a bid and I make a mistake, or decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my bid? No. Once you’ve bid on an item, you’ve committed to the bid, so please bid wisely. Why didn't the Auction close when it said it would? Typically, Auctions end at their posted closing times. However, if there are any further bids within 10 minutes after the close of the Auction, it may be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes. There is no limit to the number of times an Auction can be extended. What happens if an Auction is interrupted for technical or other reasons? If an Auction is interrupted for technical or other reasons, the entire Auction for the relevant Auction item shall be terminated. All Auction Points used for bidding will be returned to your Auction Account and the Auction shall start anew at a time that we advise. Are there reserves placed on Auction Items? Currently, no reserves are placed on Auction items. But some items do require that you pay a non-refundable entry fee Winning and ClaimingCan I send items I successfully bid on, to someone else? Absolutely. Simply fill in the delivery details of the person you want it delivered to and we’ll make sure your gift reaches them. Can I use post office address details for shipping? Unfortunately not. We will need street delivery details for items being shipped to you. How long will it take for me to receive the item I have successfully bid on? This will depend on where you live. The e-mail with your tracking number will confirm when you can expect your delivery. If I live outside the United States of America, can I bid on items? Yes. If there is a region specified for a certain Auction item and you don’t live in that region, you can still bid on and win the Auction item. However, you will be liable for the cost of the delivery of this Auction item. Will the item I receive look exactly like the visual of the item I bid on? In some instances, we won’t have a visual of the exact item on Auction. So from time to time the item you receive may differ slightly from that portrayed in the Auction. What is your return policy? If you receive a defective Auction item, please return it within 30 days of receipt and in its original packaging. Should your Auction item or a component thereof go missing, please report this to us within 30 days. On receipt of the defective Auction item, or notice of the missing Auction item or component, we will send a replacement to you. Who pays for return shipping of faulty or broken items? We will pick up the tab for this. Just use the same waybill number, and the same shipping company, and return the item to the “sender” address on your waybill.
